Broken & Missing Shipment
We ship our goods by air and parcel carrier shipping companies almost to 150 different countries.
- For Broken Items - Contact us within 14 days of receiving product, via email with receipt and photo proof of broken item, and we will ship a replacement immediately, in some cases without requiring the return of the broken item.
- For Wrong Size Items - Contact us within 14 days of receiving product, by email with receipt, and photo proof of wrong size item and we will ship a replacement immediately, in some cases without returning the old item.
- For Missing Shipments - Contact us by email with receipt + Tracking Number, we will ship a replacement immediately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you or someone else, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and handling (typically between $5.95 to $14.95 depending on the item and shipping service used, some items including seasonal/custom orders typically over $40 retail price might have higher shipping, restocking and handling cost from $25 up to $100 - please check product page to confirm as some custom items are cheaper) will be deducted from your refund. Please note that if after the return if your order falls below the free shipping or the discount threshold you availed then we might adjust the refund to reflect the shipping charges and/or discount, which usually applies in the case of partial order items returns.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, may we suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds?
- Refunds process take between 3-7 business days to complete
- The refund will issued directly to the same method you used to purchase in our store (PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Amazon Payments, Google Pay or Apple Pay).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account first (if the payment involves your bank like a debit card).
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (typically takes 3 to 7 business days) before your refund is officially posted.
