Shipment processing time
Priority Shipping takes 2-5 business days
Shipping Time Estimates (US/Canada): Order Processing: 3-10 business days
Delivery Time: 5-12 business days
Shipping Time Estimates (INTL): Order Processing: 3-10 business days
Delivery Time: 6-22 business days
Custom items/orders usually take another week to deliver.
If availed free shipping items on the same order might get delivered with the one that takes the longest, usually custom dresses/items.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 72 hours. We know its very exciting to place your order and track it, but do try and be patient for us, we have to wait for the carrier to update the shipping and tracking! As soon as we have it, it will be passed on to you.
Our priority shipping items are shipped from a separate warehouse in USA to ensure we can get them to you as fast as possible! This service is available on most items at the moment. This is very clear on the shipping screen. If you order items that are both priority and free shipping items, your priority parcel might ship first with your free shipping parcel(s) coming later.
In the very rare event that you order a priority shipping item but it is out of stock in our priority shipping warehouse, you will be notified via email by one of our hardworking support team and given the options of how we can proceed with your order for you to get you the best service we can give.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Little Palace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We also can not be held responsible for any items delayed by such hold ups.
The Little Palace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
